Advisor: Mrs. Cheryl Vest
Mrs. Vest began teaching Ag at Appoquinimink in 1998. She has been at the High School for 3
years. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Dairy Science from Delaware Valley College. She received her Ag. Education
certification from Delaware State University/University of Delaware. She will be teaching the Animal Science courses
as well as Vet Tech.
Advisor: Mrs. Kelli Lafferty
Mrs. Lafferty came to us from the Lone Star State of Texas. She has a Bachelor's degree in Animal
Science from Texas A&M. She has a Master's Degree in Ag. Education from Tarleton State University. She will
be teaching the Ag Mechanics courses as well as Landscaping.
Advisor: Mrs. Kellie Michaud
Mrs. Michaud began teaching at MHS 4 years ago. She has a significant background in
the FFA and recently received her Master's Degree in Ag. Education. She is charge of the Plant Science Pathway as well
as Equine Science and works in the greenhouse.
